This due will cover all other expenses accrued during your membership i.e. new banners, tents, club events, and so forth. Should they fail to do this they WILL be removed as members of Raceline Performance Motorsports.
Members may be placed in "Inactive" status for many reasons or of their own choice (ie Loss of vehicle, financial reasons, lack of activity, deployments, relocation, or to just take a break) .
Inactive members can return to a "active" status at anytime they wish.
SECTION 6 - GUIDELINES AND RULES
When applying to become a member you are required to undergo a 30 to 45 day evaluation period. This time frame may be shorter or longer depending on past history with the club and current events that may or may not be happening.
This will give current members time to assess the individual’s dedication, personality and vehicle. All evaluated members are required to attend as many meetings as possible and at least 2 club functions / shows / events during that time if available and create an account on our online forum.
It is important that we uphold these rules to get to know the possible future member. Following the evaluation period, current members will conduct a vote to determine if the individual meets all requirements. Final decision will lie with the club board members and upon their decision you will be informed by a member of the club.
As a member, you will be required to pay yearly dues that will contribute to support things such as the club website, decals, banners and functions or events held by the club. All dues are non refundable. Members are expected to participate in functions and activities of the club. Club membership will entitle you to club discounts, decals, website space for pictures, possible sponsorship and most importantly a family/team oriented environment.
